Mum Shirley, Kind, generous, thoughtful, a peacemaker, inclusive, loving, beautiful, hilarious, stubborn, and a mother to many. She was adopted as my mother and blessed with many lovely children. She loved her family, loved Jesus, and faithfully attended church, but was never pretentious or judgmental. Everyone was family, from in-laws to out-laws. Mum Shirley expressed love to everyone without reservation. Her seat at the dining room table will be vacant physically; however, Mum Shirleyremains present in our hearts forever.
"To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" 2 Corinthians 5:8 (KJV).
My sincere condolences to her siblings, children, and all the family who loved her.
