Mr. Brooks Jr. was born December 10, 1940 in Daytona Beach, FL. He is the son of the late James Henry and the late Alberta Brooks.
He was employed by Kodak in Rochester, NY as a Construction Worker.
He is survived by family and friends.
Friends may call Friday, August 22 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Faith Deliverance Christian Fellowship, 94 Central Park, Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will immediately follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment Riverside Cemetery, Rochester, NY.
