Obituary of Rishard Bernard Brumell Harvey
Hampton, Virginia – July 20, 2025
Rishard was born April 2, 2004 in Tuscan, AZ. He is the son of Rev. Dr. Rickey Bernard and Yvonne Loretta (Brumell) Harvey.
He was a student in his junior year at the prestigious HBCU Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.
He is survived by; his father, Rev. Dr. Rickey Bernard Harvey; his mother, Yvonne Loretta (Brumell) Harvey; brothers and sisters, other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, August 2 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 141 Adams Street, Rochester, NY. A Memorial Service to Celebrate his life will immediately follow at 11:0 AM. Interment at the convenience of the family.

MEMORIAL SERVICE ATTIRE
Attendees are encouraged to wear white and reflex blue, the official colors of Hampton University-Rishard's beloved alma mater. Black attire is also appropriate.
