ROCHESTER, NY – February 14, 2023 Mrs. Dickson was born July 16, 1923 in Port Saint Joe, FL. She is the daughter of the late Obadiah "DOW" McNair and the late Clara (Ackers) McNair. She was employed by Dunbar High School Washington, DC as a Teacher. She is survived by family and friends. Friends may call Tuesday, February 28 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at The Latimer Chapel, 983 S.
