Sending sincere condolences and prayers to David's family. May the Lord provide comfort, strength and peace to you all individually and collectively. David was always a kind and friendly person. I remember when he as a police officer and when he had his own investigation and bail bondsmen initiatives. A great man who was loved and will be extremely missed. David was a good cop. He and his RPD Tactical Unit partner Bob Cunningham were one of the best teams in the unit. He was a real gentleman and joy to be around.
