Bishop Dr. Willie R. Felton was born July 10, 1944 in Montezuma, GA. He is the son of the late Henry Otis and the late Nameless (Thomas) Felton. He served in the Army during the the Vietnam war from 1961 to 1963. He was employed by The House Of God Light Of The World in Rochester,NY as a Pastor. He is survived by his devoted wife: Natalie M. Felton; 2 sons, Willie R. (Cheryl) Felton Jr. and Bishop Wayne R. (Deonadra) Felton; 6 daughters, Denora (Dennis) Davis, Emmila Felton, Beverly (Dwayne) Moore, Laura (Robert) Yager, Kimberly Felton, Jessica Felton; 26 grandchildren; host of great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, Benjamin Felton, Peter (Marie) Felton, Elder Charles (Elaine) Felton and randy (Shirley) Newton; 5 sisters, Elouise Wallace, Emma Jean (Chicko Sr.) Dillard, Priscilla (Rev. Booker) Pearson, Dorothy Newton; special niece, Brenda Nardine Dillard; nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends. Friends may call Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Millard E. Latimer & Son Funeral Directors, Inc. 983 South Plymouth Ave. Rochester, NY. Visitation will be will be held Friday, June 3 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at The House Of God, 1304 Genesee St. Utica, NY. Funeral Service to Celebrate his life to follow. Interment, New Forest Cemetery, Utica, NY.
